Learn more at Position Overview ArcSpan is seeking an exceptional Vice President or Senior Vice President of Product to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation across the ArcSpan Audience Monetization System (AMS). Reporting directly to the company’s co-founders and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, this individual will be responsible for shaping the future of ArcSpan's product vision while ensuring successful delivery of capabilities that create measurable value for publishers and advertisers. This leader will own the evolution of ArcSpan's core platform, including audience intelligence, identity, contextual data, activation, curation, analytics, and agentic AI solutions. They will work closely with customers, engineering, customer success, sales, and leadership to identify market opportunities, define priorities, and execute against a strategic roadmap that strengthens ArcSpan's position as the leading publisher-first audience monetization platform. The ideal candidate combines deep product leadership experience with strong domain expertise in AdTech, MarTech, AI, audience data, identity, and publisher monetization. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy Define and communicate ArcSpan's long‑term product vision and strategic roadmap. Partner with executive leadership to align product investments with company growth objectives. Evaluate emerging market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to guide strategic decision‑making. Translate customer needs, market insights, and technology innovation into differentiated platform capabilities. Drive product strategy across direct, programmatic, curation, mobile app, retail media, CTV, and future monetization channels. Audience Monetization Platform Leadership Own the strategic direction and roadmap for ArcSpan AMS, including: Drive innovation that enables publishers, media companies and targeted advertisers to maximize audience value, improve addressability, increase revenue, and automate operational workflows. Agentic AI & Product Innovation Lead ArcSpan's next generation of AI‑powered products. Develop a strategic vision for how large language models, AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AdCP standards, and emerging AI ecosystems can transform publisher audience monetization. Identify opportunities to leverage AI across product experiences, customer workflows, and internal operations. Product Execution & Delivery Own roadmap prioritization and product investment decisions. Balance short‑term customer needs with long‑term platform strategy. Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure efficient execution and delivery. Establish product success metrics and accountability frameworks. Drive product launch planning, adoption, and post‑launch measurement. Qualifications Required 10+ years of product management and product leadership experience. Significant experience in AdTech, MarTech, audience data, identity, media technology, or complex B2B SaaS platforms. Proven track record leading product strategy and execution for data‑intensive software products. Experience building and scaling product organizations within high‑growth technology companies. Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including publishers, SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, identity solutions, and audience activation workflows. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. Experience managing complex technical products involving APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and platform architectures. Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and go‑to‑market launches. Preferred Experience serving in a VP Product, Head of Product, Group Product Manager, or senior product leadership role. Strong understanding of publisher monetization, programmatic advertising, revenue operations, audience development, and first‑party data strategies. Experience with AI‑native product development and deploying LLM‑powered applications. Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic AI architectures, and emerging interoperability standards. Familiarity with privacy‑enhancing technologies, clean rooms, consent frameworks, and identity resolution solutions. Experience working directly with enterprise publishers and media organizations.
