Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician I to support equipment reliability and manufacturing operations at our Rancho Cucamonga facility. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and automated equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics, along with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance. Experience with welding, fabrication, and robotic equipment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Operate and navigate Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems on automated and robotic equipment.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and perform necessary adjustments and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
• Conduct welding and fabrication work using TIG, MIG, and ARC welding techniques as needed.
• Repair, modify, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve equipment issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure availability while supporting cost-effective operations.
• Follow established safety procedures, maintenance protocols, and workplace standards.
• Travel occasionally to other facilities for training, technical support, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience .
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with automated machinery, robotic equipment, and HMI interfaces is preferred.
• Welding experience, including TIG, MIG, and ARC, is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment failures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel occasionally to other facilities for training and support.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Shift: Swing or graveyard shift, depending on operational needs.
• Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM.
• Flexibility: Schedule adjustments and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
• Assignment Duration: Temporary assignment expected to last 3–6 months or longer.
