Established residential HVAC company is growing and looking to add experienced Sales Technicians / Comfort Advisors to our team.

This role is ideal for a tech who is strong with diagnostics and ready to maximize earnings by helping homeowners make confident repair vs. replacement decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, company-provided residential leads (3–4 per day) 
• Diagnose system issues and present clear repair and replacement options 
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them to the best solution 
• Combine technical expertise with sales to increase overall ticket value 

Compensation

• Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
• Consistent performers earn $100K–$200K+
• Weekly payroll

• Professional, customer-focused communication 
• Self-motivated and dependable 
• Clean driver’s license 
• Own tools for diagnostics
