Position Details:
Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults & Geriatrics
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic / Float Pool
Responsibilities: Providing outpatient primary care coverage across multiple clinic locations with focus on adult ambulatory care patients
Required Procedures: No Procedures Required
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: APP Support Available at Majority of Practices
Days Per Month: Minimum 2 Weeks Per Month
On-Call/Weekends: No Call No Weekends
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Ohio License Required (IMLC Not Accepted)
- DEA & Ohio CSR Required
- NPDB Self-Query within Last 6 Months Required
