Responsibilities include :Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.Required Certifications and Licensures:Occupational Therapist State of Florida LicensureBasic Life SupportDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)Education:Bachelors Occupational TherapyPreferred Masters Occupational TherapyExperience:1 year Occupational Therapy experiencePreferred 1 year Home CareThis position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
