Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Located in Valley Village (San Fernando Valley) — on-site daily. Bedrock Global is a boutique retail P&C agency specializing in healthcare facilities — skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, hospice — and commercial real estate. This is a growth-track seat: you'll learn a specialty niche from day one, doing real work on real accounts, with a clear path to Account Manager. What you'll do: The daily engine of the agency: certificates of insurance, evidence of property, policy checking, endorsement processing, file documentation — accuracy is the job Build pieces of renewal submissions: loss run requests, applications, schedules of locations, supplemental forms Keep client data, documents, and activities clean and current in Applied Epic Communicate with clients, carriers, and wholesalers — with more responsibility added as fast as you earn it Who does well here: 1–3 years at a retail insurance agency in a service or support capacity — commercial lines preferred, but we care more about what you actually did than what your title said You've had your hands on the actual work — not routing tasks to another department, doing them Detail-obsessed: the kind of person who catches the transposed policy number Coachable and genuinely eager to learn — we'll teach you complex healthcare placements most people in this industry never see Applied Epic familiarity is a plus, not a requirement CA P&C license, or willingness to obtain one promptly — we'll support the process Why Bedrock: direct mentorship from the principal on complex accounts from your first week, a specialty that makes you more valuable every year you're in it, and a seat that's built to become an Account Manager seat. #J-18808-Ljbffr
