Your work allows members to focus on their fitness while ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems operate reliably every day.This role offers hands-on exposure across facility maintenance, equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. All employees receive two complimentary gym memberships--one for you and one to shareAll employees are eligible to participate in 401(k) options and the Employee Assistance Program -- FREE therapy, financial advising, legal advice, and more40 hours/week employees: Paid Time Off, Health, Dental, Vision benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Flexible Vacation Plan, and Paid HolidaysWhat We're Looking ForInterest or experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related hands-on field1--2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidateAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsExperience or comfort using CMMS / maintenance management software, work order systems, and basic project management tools (MaintainX, Asana, Microsoft Office, or similar)Basic computer skills to utilize online resources to track work orders, locate parts, or access repair guidesValid driver's license required; ability to occasionally use a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailClear communication skills and comfort providing daily updates to leadershipReliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and with a teamCertifications such as CPO, welding, or related trade credentials are a plus--but not required.What Does Success Look Like?Performing routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on club equipment and building systemsResponding quickly to maintenance requests and emergency issues to minimize equipment downtime and disruption to club operationsMaintaining cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe, working conditionDiagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issuesAccurately documenting work completed, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS systemCompleting club walks and communicating safety concerns to club leadershipTaking ownership of general facility upkeep, including painting, wall patching, carpentry, and groundskeepingPartnering effectively with the General Manager, District Manager, vendors, and contractors as neededLocation: 20153 E Smoky Hill Rd, Centennial, COWe are proud to be a Great Place to Work® certified company.Apply today and start changing lives--including your own--while joining a team that truly lives its values.
