Office & Accounting Coordinator (Part-Time)

Wardcraft | Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 4–5 hours/day

Wardcraft is looking for a detail-oriented Office & Accounting Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role blends accounting support with front-office responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and takes pride in accuracy. You'll work closely with our Controller to keep customer orders, vendor invoices, and day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

What You'll Do

• Enter and review customer orders in our ERP system for accuracy and completeness
• Enter vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including preparing bank deposits and processing customer payments
• Reconcile credit card receipts and other accounting documentation
• Support month-end accounting tasks and reporting
• Assist the Controller with accounting, reporting, and administrative projects
• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
• Maintain organized accounting, customer, and office records
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of office, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
• Experience with ERP or accounting software preferred
• Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable maintaining confidentiality with financial and company information

Schedule & Environment
This is a part-time, hourly position working 4–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday (hours based on business needs). You'll work primarily in a professional office setting, with occasional time on the manufacturing floor.
