Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting with a 1:7 patient ratio
• Care for patients recovering from stroke, amputation, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, and major surgeries
• Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps, EKG machines, bariatric beds, and medication dispensing systems
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner and Epic electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support individualized patient recovery plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in rehabilitation or medical-surgical settings
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) environment
• Proficiency with Cerner and/or Epic EHR platforms
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a warm, patient-centered approach
