Fabrication Associate

Now hiring a fabrication associate for a clean fuel manufacturing company!

The fabrication associate will be responsible for using production equipment to perform a variety of manufacturing operations to cut parts as needed. Loading and unloading of the Trumpf laser and accurately perform a variety of tasks that require close tolerances.

Job Duties

• Utilize equipment to perform a variety of operations to cut parts as production schedule requires.
• Work from drawings, blueprints, models, specifications, and verbal instructions.
• Must be proficient in the use of all measuring instruments to layout, check, and verify all dimensions and tolerances.
• Must have general understanding calculations for cutting speeds, feeds, angles, offsets, etc.
• Utilize knowledge of working properties and machining processes for a wide variety of materials such as steel, stainless steels, and aluminum.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $19.00/hour

Requirements

• 1+ years in fabrication, machine operation or equivalent education
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (blueprints)
• Use of measuring tools
