Front Desk Supervisor

The Marriott at the University of Dayton is seeking the right person to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. Pay: $16.00 to $19.20 per hour. The front desk supervisor is the hub of the hotel, bringing together the front desk team to focus on exceptional guest service while maintaining brand and company standards. A proactive, responsive, and caring leader will guide the team and enhance the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner. Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures. Develop thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies. Take reservation requests efficiently. Answer phone switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette. Block rooms and handle special requests. Monitor room availability and assist the AGM and GM in yield management and restrictions. Process safe deposits per established procedures. Maintain lobby and desk area clean and presentable. Have thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures. Maintain a clean driving record. Why Join Concord?
