Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for residents, focusing on daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify resident needs and goals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning

• Provide therapy sessions to residents, including exercise programs, mobility training, and cognitive stimulation

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies

• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
