Role Description The Delivery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Wexford, PA, responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive vehicle delivery experience for customers. In this role, the Delivery Specialist reviews purchase and lease details with customers, explains vehicle features and technology, and answers questions to help customers feel confident with their new vehicle. Daily tasks include coordinating delivery schedules, confirming documentation and payment completion, and collaborating with sales and service teams to resolve any delivery-related issues. The Delivery Specialist maintains clear communication with customers before and after delivery, supports follow-up to encourage long-term relationships, and contributes to a welcoming, organized showroom environment. This role works closely with team members to uphold Lithia & Driveway’s standards for customer satisfaction and high-performance culture. Qualifications Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences, clear communication, and responsive follow-up. Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with sales, service, and administrative staff. Recruiting and integration skills to help onboard new team members and support their smooth transition into the delivery process, as needed. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deliveries and customer appointments efficiently. Attention to detail in reviewing paperwork, contracts, and vehicle information for accuracy. Comfort with learning and explaining vehicle features, technology, and digital tools to customers. Basic computer proficiency and ability to use dealership systems and communication platforms. Prior experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality is beneficial; high school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
