Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets.Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Location: National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TXNightwing is seeking a Scrum Master that serves as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, facilitating SAFe implementation and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon processes. This position removes impediments, fosters high-performing team dynamics, and drives continuous improvement. The Scrum Master educates the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, and SAFe practices while supporting the team's self-organization and goal achievement.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate all team-level SAFe ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)Coach team members in Agile and SAFe practicesIdentify and remove impediments to team progressFoster environment for continuous flow and relentless improvementSupport Product Owner in backlog management and refinementTrack and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)Escalate unresolved impediments through appropriate channelsFacilitate problem-solving and conflict resolutionParticipate in Scrum Master communities of practiceSupport Program-level events and coordinationRequired Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of Agile team experience with 3+ years as Scrum MasterBachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)Active Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification requiredStrong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP practicesExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies in classified environmentsExcellent coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile toolsUnderstanding of DevSecOps practicesActive TS/SCI clearanceMust be U.S. citizenSalary & BenefitsThe salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
