Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

Position Overview As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will help support the planning and execution of promotional events, retail marketing campaigns, community events, and experiential marketing initiatives . You will work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness, engage customers, generate leads, and support client growth. This role provides hands‑on experience in event coordination, promotional marketing, customer acquisition, brand representation, and sales. High‑performing team members may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns. Represent brands professionally at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences. Help increase brand awareness through experiential and event marketing. Support customer acquisition and lead‑generation initiatives. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Assist with event setup, promotional materials, displays, and breakdown. Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors and marketing team members during events. Track customer interactions, leads, and campaign results. Help coordinate promotional activities and maintain an organized event environment. Provide exceptional customer service throughout each marketing activation. Assist with marketing projects and special events as assigned. Develop valuable skills in communication, sales, leadership, event coordination, and marketing strategy.
