This position ensures personnel comprehend the necessary software technology applications, tools, and features to perform the core functions of their jobs efficiently. The Senior Technology Trainer works under general supervision and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze trends and user feedback to understand training needsDesign, promote, and evaluate technology training and orientation programs to meet user needsDeliver in-person and virtual training designed to motivate participants, encourage engagement, and increase productivity, adapting training style as needed; includes new hire onboarding training and follow up, regional training, and customized training for practice groups, departments, teams, and individualsTroubleshoot and provides end user support related to software issues; tracks and resolves tickets in the IT Help Desk ticketing system based on internal resolution guidelinesCreate and maintain training materials, including outlines, reference guides, tips, visual aids, eLearning, communications, and course invitationsMaintain firm-wide and regional office training schedulesWork with IT and administrative leadership to identify training priorities and strategiesManage course sessions and user progress/attendance in the Firm's Learning Management System (LMS)Analyze training program feedback, establish quality benchmarks, and develop improvement strategiesPrepare training progress reports and summarize findings for team managementCollaborate with IT teams to evaluate and test system upgrade functionalityCollaborate with other IT teams on special projects as neededAssist with coaching, mentoring and leading team members as neededJob SpecificationsBachelor's degree preferredAt least five (5) years of related work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsStrong motivational and presentation skillsStrong organizational skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS365 SuiteAdvanced knowledge of eLearning software, including video creation and online training toolsAdvanced knowledge of desktop productivity and document management softwareExperience with a Learning Management SystemExperience with GenAI tools and platformsExperience with macOS preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hoursAbility to work independently and under own direction and initiativeAbility to learn new concepts and skills quicklyOccasional travel requiredSuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.Target Hiring Range $102,000 - $130,000Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
