Job Title Hospice Clinical Supervisor Location Littleton Position Profile This role works with hospice clients to provide personal engagement and enhance the quality of life. Clinical Qualifications Holds a valid Colorado State Nursing License as a Registered Nurse. Has a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, specializing in end‑of‑life care. Prior experience in clinical leadership or supervisory roles (required). Prior experience with CHAP, ACHC or JCAHO (required). Capable of self‑direction and autonomous work. Skilled in clinical coordination and communication. Clinical Job Function / Responsibilities Conduct rigorous clinical assessments of cases, evaluating diagnosis, prognosis, pharmacotherapy, and overall trajectory. Offer structured guidance to clinicians to uphold quality standards. Partner with clinical staff for care goal setting, prioritization, and comprehensive planning. Oversee or assist in clinical staff performance evaluations. Chair or participate in clinical case conferences, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. Spearhead the development and refinement of clinical protocols, guidelines, and organizational policies. Strictly adhere to professional clinical standards and ethical guidelines. Advocate for a customer‑centric approach within the clinical team. Engage in clinical quality assurance and performance improvement, providing leadership and expertise. Commit to ongoing professional development through clinical workshops and participation in clinical networks or societies. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.
