Operations Engineering Program Manager III Nashville, TN – 18‑Month Contract – $50‑60 hourly Job Summary Drive complex engineering programs in a large‑scale operations environment. Influence stakeholders, deliver results, and manage multiple workstreams from concept to completion. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate complex project and program initiatives from planning through execution. Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks. Drive vendor performance and accountability through ongoing coordination and scorecard reviews. Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings and project status reviews. Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution. Develop executive‑level reporting, project updates, and performance metrics. Identify blockers early and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward. Influence cross‑functional partners and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. Required Qualifications Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure, or Operations Engineering). 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience. Strong experience with Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Risk Mitigation, Project Planning & Execution, Executive Communications, Status Reporting, and Meeting Facilitation. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. Experience supporting engineering, operations, infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing environments. Experience leading large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
