Program Support Assistant

: Location: UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Radiology Admin FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Provides administrative and operational support for a defined program or other clinical designation as assigned. Responsibilities:

• Supports administration of the assigned departments. Provides project support as assigned, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
• Compiles data for scheduled or special reports. Maintains databases and spreadsheets to track information. Performs data queries and generates reports.
• Establishes schedule, deadlines, and procedures for projects. Greets visitors; takes telephone calls; handles general inquiries.
• Coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year relevant experience.
