Temporary Bilingual HR Assistant (English/Spanish)

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a temporary Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Assistant to join their client's team in the Jessup, Maryland area. This role involves providing essential administrative support to the HR team, acting as the first point of contact in the Human Resources office. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and will help ensure smooth HR operations through a variety of clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Conduct orientations in English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Process employment verification requests.
• Manage compliance reviews and records.
• Assist with employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 1+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Pay Rate

• Starting at $25/hour based on experience
