Our team of expert engineers brings deep technical knowledge to develop tailored solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.Job SummaryThe Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process and supporting inspection, documentation, ERP transactions, audit compliance, and quality records management.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely GRN clearance in ERP.Support production order closing activities in ERP.Follow up on all rejected parts/materials, maintain records, and hand over to Stores.Provide support for ISO, customer, and other compliance audits.Collect and maintain documents related to approved QAPs, Third Party Inspections, customer orders, and project orders.Perform basic product and system inspections whenever required.Follow up daily on Pump Test Certificates (TCs) based on final inspection reports.Prepare and circulate pending GRN and PPM reports every Friday.Maintain rejection history records for both in-house and supplier-related quality issues.Support preparation of manuals, test certificates, and dispatch documentation for system deliveries.Maintain GRN clearance data in tracking sheets.Follow up QC godown stock statements and ensure timely clearance of materials.Coordinate with Stores, Production, Procurement, and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable quality management systems.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3-6 years.Quality control experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of ERP systems, engineering drawings, inspection tools, MS Office, English and Tamil.Travel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsFully site-based role with occasional travel to supplier and customer locations.Key CompetenciesQuality control, inspection techniques, ISO 9001, root cause analysis, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.What We OfferWe are all owners of the company!
