A day in the life. As our Associate Account Manager on the Commercial Entertainment team, you’ll be responsible for the following: Maintain and update the Communication Log daily. Ability to create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary. Department scanning. Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures. Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
