You will oversee all aspects of financial operations, guide executive decision-making with data-driven insights, and champion initiatives that strengthen our financial health while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.What You'll DoStrategic LeadershipPartner with the President & CEO and executive team to develop and execute the organization's financial strategy.Influence key business decisions through insightful financial analysis and forecasting.Lead long-range financial planning that supports organizational growth and sustainability.Present financial trends, opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership and governing boards.Financial ExcellenceDirect all budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management activities.Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor organizational performance through key financial metrics and actionable reporting.Manage treasury functions, investment strategies, and banking relationships.Risk, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial governance frameworks.Lead external audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements.Identify and proactively mitigate financial and operational risk.Revenue Optimization & Operational PartnershipProvide executive oversight of revenue cycle operations.Analyze reimbursement trends and identify opportunities to maximize financial performance.Collaborate with operational leaders to drive accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Support organization-wide initiatives that enhance financial and operational outcomes.Inspire & Develop TalentLead, mentor, and empower a high-performing finance team.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and innovation.Build strong cross-functional partnerships throughout the organization.Champion professional growth and leadership development within the finance function.What You'll BringEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred.Experience10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.Proven success in senior executive financial management roles.Strong strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations expertise.Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.Leadership CompetenciesExceptional business and financial acumen.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into results.Strong executive presence and communication skills.Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams.Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive business transformation.Join UsThis is a unique opportunity to play a defining role in the future of VNA Health Group. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
