About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of supporting survivors of gender-based violence and human trafficking. The ideal Executive Director for the company will have a strong background in nonprofit leadership, with experience in strategic planning, financial management, and people management. They should be a confident and experienced fundraiser, capable of securing diverse, values-aligned funding streams. The role requires a leader who is a dynamic, compelling ambassador, and who can effectively mobilize support from various stakeholders.
