Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work jointly with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care plans.

Provide educational resources to patients and families to bolster progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in periodic inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the recovery process.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Stay engaged with ongoing innovations in the field through professional development and peer interactions.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques for various age groups, with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Ability to customize therapy practices to accommodate various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
