Deliver personalized speech therapy targeting language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.

Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and family members to deliver holistic care.

Guide and educate patients and their families to foster progress beyond the therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring a consistent continuum of care.

Document patient progress and therapy details accurately and promptly, adhering to established guidelines.

Engage in ongoing professional development and education to stay current in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year if not ASHA-certified.

Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based therapies across various age groups, with comprehensive knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and care team members.

Able to adapt approaches to accommodate diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
