Conduct assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations employing standardized tests and observational methodologies.

Craft individualized treatment plans designed to meet patient-specific communication, cognitive, and swallowing objectives, both for immediate needs and future goals.

Deliver tailored one-on-one speech therapy sessions concentrating on various areas like language, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.

Engage collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and family members to implement comprehensive care strategies.

Facilitate education sessions for patients and families to encourage progress beyond therapy appointments.

Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and treatments to provide seamless care throughout each patient's journey.

Ensure meticulous and timely documentation that complies with all state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Commit to ongoing professional development through continuous education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within your first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based interventions for all age groups, with a profound grasp of both developmental and acquired speech and language disorders.
