Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet volume, product mix, and profitability goals. Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to products, personnel, and equipment. Lead and support the sales team by recruiting, training, and motivating team members. Maintain relationships with key customers and oversee credit management. Prepare and manage the annual sales budget. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the corrugated packaging industry. 5+ years in sales and supervisory roles. Strong understanding of profit/loss analysis, estimating, and sales metrics. Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities. College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data, calculate pricing, and track key performance indicators. Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
