JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Coaches,motivatesand professionally developsteam members,helping to set and model desired quality techniques. Buildsstrong relationships with IT, Product, and Operations leaders to seek feedbackforcontinuous improvement. Translatestechnicaldetailinto business relevant language. Setsclearobjectivesandmeasures,alignedwith organizational goals,toevaluatethe performance of team membersand toutilize incompensation recommendations. Promotesteamwork and cooperation within and across teams. Implementslean solutions to improve team efficiency whilemaintainingeffectiveness. Assesses and improves team health. Createsa culture that makes room forfailure, learning,and continuous improvement. Leadsthe hiring process for team members. Contributesto strategic planning decisions such as budget and staffing plans. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESUNIQUETO THIS ROLE: Responsiblefor product or initiative delivery,includingquality,efficiencyandworktimeliness. Effectively communicates the status of ongoing initiatives and the state of the product, working with Product Owners and Teams to address stakeholder concerns. AssistsAgile teams in implementing designs for large-scale software projects that meet customer and business needs. Discusses where our systems are today and where we want to take them and helps design how we can best get there. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3yearsleadership experience,preferablyin IT. Experience mentoringand developingothers and/orleadingasignificant changewithin a team.
