IT Project ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role focuses on program financials and supporting technology leadership with program-wide activities. The successful candidate will coordinate and facilitate technology delivery across multiple projects and workstreams, managing routines with CFO Change and ePMO.Responsibilities:Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activitiesCoordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgatesPlan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverablesPromote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelinesGather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleEnsure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholdersTrack success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadershipEnsure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standardsSupport resource planning and forecasting for delivery and executionRequirements:Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reportsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clientsSelf-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelinesExcellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skillsProject management, change management, PMO, or similar experienceDesired skills:Knowledge or experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systemsExperience with Oracle or Oracle FinancialsPay range: $55.15 - $63.15 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
