Remote Business Systems Manager - Scale Operations & CRM

TOCA Football

A leading sports organization based in Dallas is looking for a Business Systems Manager to oversee and optimize core operational platforms. This role requires 5–8 years of experience in managing systems within a growing organization. You will work closely with center teams and technology vendors to ensure system reliability and drive operational excellence. The position is remote with a focus on enhancing systems related to scheduling, memberships, CRM, and payments.
