Field IT Engineer - On-Site Server & Network Support
Omega Systems
Omega Systems is looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide support for customer environments both hosted at Omega and on-site. This role involves deploying and maintaining laptop and desktop equipment while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of IT experience, preferably in Managed IT Services, and a strong ability to troubleshoot Microsoft applications and operating systems.
