ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a school-based contract position with a local school district near Fort Worth, Texas. New graduates and experienced School Psychologists are encouraged to apply for an opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team of educators, administrators, and related service providers. Position Overview
The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services to support students’ academic achievement, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. This role involves assessment, consultation, and collaboration with school staff and families to create positive learning environments.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data
Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing clear recommendations
Support the development and implementation of academic and behavioral interventions
Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Provide counseling and crisis support services as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active or eligible Texas School Psychologist certification/licensure (LSSP)
School-based experience preferred (internships welcome)
Ability to work onsite for the full school year
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
