Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and IT Services to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and implement end-to-end solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all RPA initiatives, providing technical leadership, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. Leverage tools such as UiPath (including Orchestrator), Jira, Git, ServiceNow, SAP, BlackLine, and other supporting technologies, including Python, REST APIs, OCR/document understanding tools, and AI/ML-based automation frameworks. Drive intelligent automation initiatives by incorporating AI and agentic capabilities to enable cognitive decision-making and workflow orchestration, while mentoring team members, resolving complex issues, and promoting continuous improvement.
