Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Care Partner in our Terrace Club neighborhood, you provide personalized, relationship-based care to a consistent group of residents, helping create meaningful and successful days.What You'll Do:Provide hands-on care and emotional support based on each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP)Partner with residents through prompting, cueing, and remindersObserve, document, and report changes in conditionSupport daily programs and meaningful engagement activitiesAssist with dining, housekeeping, and laundry servicesPromote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights at all timesCommunicate regularly with families and care leadershipFollow infection control, OSHA, and safety standardsYou serve as a trusted advocate and consistent presence, building strong relationships that enhance quality of life.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GED; age 18+Experience working with seniors preferredCompassionate, patient, and dependableStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and make sound decisionsCNA/HHA certification (as required by state, NJ required)Pay Range: 14.10 - 17.65Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
