Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered outpatient services.
- Monitors patient status, administers medications as ordered, and maintains accurate documentation of care and progress.
- This position is represented by CNA.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license to practice in California
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in outpatient or related hospital-based setting
- Ability to work daytime, 8-hour shifts in an outpatient care environment
- Willingness to travel and participate in a 12-week travel assignment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
