Salary: Base pay $350,000 with production bonuses
Looking for a fellowship trained Interventional Pain Physician, for our Wasilla, Alaska practice.
Incentives:
$350k base with productivity bonuses.
Opportunity for clinic ownership
opportunity for ownership of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center. Total Comp package expected to be $500k - $750k annually. Our Requirements: Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Must have completed or currently in the process of completing a Pain Medicine Fellowship from an ACGME-Accredited Program required.
Must have an active Alaska Medical License in good standing.
