Job Opportunity

As the manager responsible for the team in this role, your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the provision of insightful and actionable financial analysis and reporting, highlighting key trends, metrics, and business drivers to inform business performance. Supporting management by overseeing the development, measurement, and presentation of KPIs to stakeholders across the organization. Guiding the creation of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or other analytical methods to analyze data and develop practical solutions to business problems. Supporting business lines by providing in-depth analysis of costs, KPIs, and initiatives. Overseeing the provision of research and analytical support for enterprise-level strategy and initiatives. Supervising the preparation of financial statements. Maintaining GL account mapping for financial statements. Collaborating with IT on ongoing projects focused on financial data validation. Assisting in the creation of PowerBI Paginated Reports and Dashboards. Supporting the accounting department in streamlining processes and creating dashboards in financial reporting. Continuously working on improving efficiency by streamlining reporting to meet changing business needs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: To excel in managing this role, you should have: A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. An excellent ability to build Excel models and data dashboards. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently. The capability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and maintaining consistent quality standards. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience with ERP systems; experience with Oracle is a plus. Experience with PowerBI Report Builder and Desktop is a plus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: To effectively manage this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. 4 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years of financial analysis and reporting experience. A proven track record of high performance and upward mobility within an organization. Experience with financial statement preparation and consolidation.
