Senior Associate, Business Operations & Strategy

As Business Operations & Strategy Senior Specialist, you’ll help turn information from across the business into clear insights, executive materials, and coordinated action. Reporting to the Director of HRBP and supporting the SVP of Operations, you’ll analyze business performance, research competitors, prepare leadership presentations, and track strategic priorities across functions.This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape how leadership reviews performance and follows through on decisions. You’ll gain exposure to senior leaders and partner with Operations, Finance, QHSE, and other teams, building a broad understanding of the business.
