POC Administrator

We're looking for a POC Administrator to work side by side with a project team on-site in Manassas, VA, supporting a fast-paced advanced manufacturing facility. You'll track and assign points of connection (POCs) for services off the main distribution system, manage databases, and help the team stay aligned on the facility's highest priorities each day. This hybrid role requires both remote work and on-site field activities. Pay: $35.58‑$48.94 per hour DOE. What you'll do Attend project meetings and manage the POC tracking database Review TSR information and input data into the database; follow up with appropriate disciplines on missing information Review Bluebeam sessions and prepare markups ahead of meetings Communicate with project personnel to gather data needed for database accuracy Create laminated streamers for field tagging Perform field work including hanging streamers, verifying POC availability, confirming lateral installations, and locating VMBs Build client relationships on-site and take on additional duties as directed by management What you need Experience working with complex databases Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of organization and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote Ability to travel to the client site as required Nice to have Familiarity with semiconductor design and/or construction Exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Process systems in manufacturing Familiarity with Facilities Operations & Engineering and capacity modeling Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and learn quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr HKA Enterprises
