We’re partnering with a modern, patient-focused dental practice in the Rogers area to find an upbeat and personable Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team! ???? Full-Time | 4–4.5 Days Per Week
???? $22–25/hour + Bonus Opportunities

You’ll work alongside a friendly, collaborative team that believes in supporting one another while creating a stress-free and caring environment for patients.
What You’ll Be Doing- Presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients
- Discussing insurance, financing, and payment options
- Coordinating treatment schedules and maintaining production goals
- Following up with unscheduled treatment and overdue patients
- Supporting communication between clinical and front office teams
- Creating a warm, positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements
- Previous dental office experience preferred
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or Dental Assistant is a plus
- Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options
- Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
