As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a secure environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, reporting unusual activity and maintaining required documentation. Support orderly operations by communicating professionally with drivers, employees, visitors, and site representatives while following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
