Job Location: Etna, Ohio

Position: Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM4:30 PM

Pay: Based on experience

Were looking for an organized, detail-oriented multitasker to help keep projects running smoothly!

What Youll Do:

Coordinate contractors and project schedules
Prepare bids, agreements, and invoices
Handle purchase orders, billing, expenses, and travel arrangements
Maintain job folders, spreadsheets, and project logs
Assist with general office duties and communication

What Were Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to read basic drawings and technical documents
Excellent customer service and time management
Diploma or GED required; higher education a plus
