Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers

• Provide excellent customer service and create engaging customer experiences

• Represent client brands professionally inside retail and promotional environments

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

• Assist with customer acquisitions, promotions, and product education

• Stay informed on client products, services, and current promotions

• Support team initiatives, sales strategies, and campaign growth efforts

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

• Attend daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or sports experience is a plus but not required
