What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care to critically ill newborns in a Level-III NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NNPs and pediatric subspecialists
• Participate in clinical rounds, assessments, and treatment planning
• Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents as assigned
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or eligible in Neonatology
• 2+ years of Neonatal ICU experience
• Proficiency in high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, brain cooling, and other NICU therapies

• Experience in a Level-III NICU setting
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
