Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative

South Portland, Maine | Full-Time | In-Office Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM $23-$25 per hour + Benefits + Weekly Pay

We're looking for someone who's organized, dependable, positive, and great with people to join our South Portland team as a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative. We know great coordinators keep everything running smoothly — and we value the people who make that happen.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
Supporting daily office tasks and team operations
Creating positive experiences for clients and employees
Keeping communication clear, professional, and organized

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or office administration
Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus
