Entry Level Low Voltage Technician

Entry-Level Low Voltage TechnicianWe are seeking an Entry-Level Low Voltage Technician to support residential properties across Manhattan and Brooklyn. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low-voltage systems such as access control, key fob readers, intercoms, security cameras, and electronic door locks. The technician will work closely with building management and vendors to maintain building security and access systems.Work ScheduleWeekly visit to the primary site at Upper East SideAdditional support across properties in Manhattan and BrooklynMust have reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle to travel between job sites as needed.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Install and support access control, intercom, and security camera systemsTroubleshoot electronic door locks, control panels, and connectivity issuesAssist with configuring and maintaining security camera platformsWork with building managers and vendors to resolve system issuesRequired Skills / ExperienceBasic exposure to low voltage systems, security cameras, access control, or intercom systemsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new systemsComfortable working across multiple locationsPreferredExperience with CCTV/IP cameras and access control panelsBackground in building technology or security systems is a plus
