IT Support Technician

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with 4–6 years of experience to provide dedicated onsite support for computer systems at a high-demand testing center. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows and Apple environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining reliable IT operations. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Install, configure, update, and maintain Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, handheld devices, and printers. Perform routine system administration and user support. Conduct hardware and software evaluations and provide technical recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams to support projects and minimize downtime. Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities. Provide support at other locations as required. Move and lift IT equipment when necessary. Required Qualifications 4–6 years of technical support experience. Experience supporting PC hardware, software, printers, and peripherals. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Outlook. Familiarity with Apple macOS. Experience with Oracle client-based applications. Experience with Active Directory and networking equipment. Knowledge of Ethernet cabling and TCP/IP networking. Experience with device provisioning (Autopilot). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CAD software and technical drawings. A+ and Network+ certifications.
