KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (H/F) - CDI - Freshmile

Chacun peut contribuer pleinement à la réussite collective de Rexel Description du poste En tant que Key Account Manager, vous êtes responsable du développement et de la gestion d’un portefeuille de clients stratégiques (entreprises, collectivités, installateurs) et du closing de nouveaux clients. Au‑delà de la gestion de la relation, votre rôle est de développer activement le business au sein des organisations clientes : identifier de nouveaux cas d’usage, adresser de nouvelles entités, et accompagner l’expansion des infrastructures de recharge. Votre mission est double : développer le chiffre d’affaires et construire des relations durables avec nos clients clés, en les accompagnant dans le déploiement et l’exploitation de leurs infrastructures de recharge. Gestion et développement des comptes clés Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients stratégiques: pérenniser les comptes clés, construire des propositions commerciales à forte valeur Construire et piloter des plans d’action pour maximiser le potentiel business Chasser les opportunités et étendre la présence de Freshmile à de nouvelles entités, filiales ou sites clients Identifier les opportunités de vente additionnelle: CLEM, offre fleet, offre de maintenance… Développer une relation de confiance avec les décideurs: gestionnaire de flotte, direction des achats, direction immobilière… Négociation et closing Négocier et conclure des contrats avec des acteurs majeurs via nos différents canaux d’acquisition Participer aux réponses à appels d’offres stratégiques Pilotage de projets Accompagner les clients dans leurs projets de déploiement de bornes de recharge et de solution de supervision Animation de business review et des rdvs clients dédiés: Suivi de la performance et du déploiement de leur parc IRVE. Coordonner les équipes internes et parties prenantes: Vous devenez le point de contact privilégié de nos clients et vous devez travailler étroitement avec les équipes marketing, opérations et produits Remonter les besoins clients pour améliorer les produits et services Freshmile Qualifications Qualifications : Vous justifiez de plus de trois ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes clés ou en business development, acquise dans les secteurs de l’énergie, de la mobilité, de l’infrastructure, du SaaS ou de la tech B2B. Vous êtes capable de gérer des cycles de vente complexes ainsi que des projets impliquant plusieurs acteurs, tout en maintenant une forte orientation client et résultats. Vos excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation, associées à votre aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement en forte croissance, feront de vous un partenaire essentiel pour l’entreprise.
