Responsibilities

What you'll do:

Build and manage a pipeline of personal and commercial insurance clients

Prospect through referrals, social outreach, and community networking

Conduct needs assessments and present customized coverage solutions

Follow up relentlessly you know the fortune is in the follow-up

Cross-sell and retain existing clients to grow your book of business

Hit weekly activity goals: calls, quotes, and closed policies

Requirements

Who we want:

Licensed P&C or Life & Health producer (or willing to get licensed before start)

13 years in sales, retail, finance, or any role where you had to persuade people

Competitive and self-motivated you actually want to win

Strong communicator in person, on the phone, and over text

Organized and accountable you don't let leads fall through the cracks

Coachable you absorb feedback and act on it fast
